How do I switch supplier?
You sign a contract with the new supplier and it handles the switch, including notice to the old one. The supply does not stop and the distributor, meter and wires stay the same. Check the notice period and any fee for leaving a fixed-price contract early first.
What makes up the bill?
Two parts. The regulated part (distribution, system services, renewables support, tax) is set by the Energy Regulatory Office for your distribution area and is the same with every supplier. The supplier part (the price per MWh and the monthly fee) is the only part a switch changes.
What happens when my fixed price ends?
Usually the supplier's standard price list applies next, often with a higher price. The supplier has to tell you in advance; compare the offers before the end date. The watcher on this site sends one e-mail 45 days before it.
Why is the regulated part different in another region?
Each distributor (ČEZ Distribuce, EG.D, PREdistribuce; for gas GasNet, EG.D, Pražská plynárenská Distribuce) has its own regulated prices. The postcode or the bill tells which one serves you.
How do I get my consumption without the bill?
Use the monthly advance: we estimate the consumption from it. Or log in to the supplier's portal; the page „Where do I find my bill“ shows the steps for the main suppliers.
Does Fordeal earn from the suppliers?
Not now. No supplier pays us, nothing is signed here and the order is by the yearly total only. Should that ever change, it will be stated on every result.

- There is no paid placement and a commission never changes the order.
- An offer whose price list we read only for another distributor's area is not shown.
- Bonuses and discounts are listed, not added to the total; spot and formula prices are not ranked.
- We neither sign nor arrange a contract: you sign it directly with the supplier.
Éves költség áfával: elosztási díj a biztosíték vagy a gázfogyasztási sáv szerint, rendszerszolgáltatások, megújulók támogatása (2026-ban nulla), piacműködtetői és szabályozói díjak, adó a cseh szabályozó (ERÚ) árhatározatai szerint; ehhez jön a szolgáltató MWh-ára és havi alapdíja. A szolgáltatói árak a hivatalos árlistákból származnak; a csak más elosztó területére ellenőrzött ajánlatot nem mutatjuk. Csak az éves költség szerint rangsorolunk; fizetett elhelyezés nincs.
A háztartástípus az elosztói tarifák feltételei (ČEZ áttekintés) szerint adja a tarifát, valamint a tipikus fogyasztást a völgyidőszaki aránnyal. A tipikus fogyasztás a mi feltételezésünk az Eurostat sávjain belül, nem hivatalos adat; a számla pontosabb.
