Where the main suppliers keep the bill, step by step.

Why „coming soon“?

The energy section is still being prepared. Every amount is an estimate from the suppliers' published price lists and the regulated prices; an independent expert has not checked the calculation yet. We sign no contracts and take no commission until the Energy Regulatory Office answers our question about the rules for comparison services.

    1. Sign in to MŮJ ČEZ with the e-mail and password you chose when registering.
    2. Open the Platby (payments) section with the issued invoices, advance plans and payments.
    3. Find the bill, for example by amount or due date.
    4. Open the document's PDF file and save or print it.

    ČEZ explains the bill in an interactive guide: the EAN (the unique code of the supply point) and the consumption in kWh, split into high and low tariff on a two-tariff rate.

    1. Go to energie24.cz and sign in to your customer account.
    2. In the top menu, click the Platby (payments) tab.
    3. Filter the payments table by document type or by whether it is paid.
    4. Find the invoice you need and download it as a PDF.

    According to E.ON's bill explanation, the total billed consumption in MWh is on page 1, part B, and the consumption in kWh for the period on page 3, part D; the breaker charge is explained on page 2, part C.

    1. Sign in to the Moje PRE customer portal.
    2. Open the Faktury a zálohy (invoices and advances) section with the invoice history.
    3. Every issued invoice is available there as a PDF.
    4. There you can also change how invoices reach you (e-mail or post).

    In PRE's bill explanation: the billing period is line 3, the supply point's EAN line 26 (EAN OPM), total consumption in kWh line 28 and the main breaker line 35 (Hlavní jistič / Plat za příkon).

    1. Centropol sends the bill within 15 days of receiving the reading from the distributor.
    2. Sign in to the online Samoobsluha (self-service).
    3. The bill overview there holds all the payment details.
    4. The variable symbol for the payment is printed on the bill.

    According to Centropol, the distribution rate is in the Přehled vyúčtované spotřeby part and the high- and low-tariff consumption in the Počáteční a koncové stavy na elektroměru part (last column); the bill also carries the supply point's EAN code.

    1. MND sends the bill usually once a year by e-mail or post.
    2. Sign in to the Moje MND customer portal.
    3. Open the Platby a vyúčtování (payments and bills) section with all your invoices.

    Page 1 has the consumption summary and the result of the bill; page 2 a chart of the last three years' consumption and the advances received.

    1. Sign in to the Můj TEDOM portal (launched on 27 January 2025); without an account, register on the Registrace tab.
    2. Logins from the old portal no longer work; a new password is set from the link in an e-mail.
    3. The portal lists the issued invoices and advances and can export them to Excel.

    1. Sign in to the innosvět customer portal (register first if you have no account).
    2. innosvět lists your documents and invoices.
    3. It also shows the end date of your fixed price and your advance payments.
    4. With electronic communication the invoices are there as soon as they are issued, in the portal and in the mobile app.

    According to innogy's bill guide, the total price of the consumed quantity is on page 1 in the Přehled vyúčtování table and the meter readings on page 3 in the Detail stanovení spotřeby table.

    1. bezDodavatele sends the bill only electronically, by e-mail.
    2. Look for it in your inbox in the same period as before: the distributor's readings set the date.
    3. In the Můj účet web office you can enter a meter reading or ask for an extra bill after signing in.

    1. Sign in to Moje PPAS; registering needs the business partner number and the contract account number from the header of an invoice or contract.
    2. In the top menu, click Zálohy a faktury (advances and invoices).
    3. At the top, choose Faktury: the invoices of all your supply points are listed.
    4. Press Více (more) at an invoice and download it in the format you prefer.

Bohemia Energy and other former suppliers
  • Bohemia Energy: The Bohemia Energy group (Bohemia Energy, Comfort Energy, Energie ČS, Europe Easy Energy, X Energie) stopped supplying electricity and gas on 13 October 2021. Its customers passed to the suppliers of last resort (electricity: ČEZ Prodej, E.ON Energie, PRE; gas: Pražská plynárenská, E.ON Energie, innogy Energie) for at most six months; there is no successor with its own portal. Look for bills of that time at the supplier of last resort or at your current supplier. vlada.gov.cz
