Terms of use and privacy
Short, because there is little to say: Fordeal compares prices and sends you to shops. It sells nothing itself.
The service
Fordeal (operated by Banbosh Studio, Petr Knobloch, company ID 06535666, Praha) is an independent price comparison. It does not sell goods, does not take payments and is not a party to your purchase. Your contract is with the shop.
Prices
Every price shows the time we captured it. Shops change prices at any moment; the price on the shop's page at checkout is the one that counts. Fordeal is not liable for a difference between a shown price and the shop's price, nor for a shop's availability, delivery or service.
Affiliate commission
When you buy through a Fordeal link, the shop may pay Fordeal a commission. It does not raise your price and it does not affect the order of offers, which is by total price and trust only. Links to shops are marked as sponsored for search engines.
Personal data
Fordeal has no accounts. When you search, the question and the answer are stored to show the last verdicts (no personal data). When you click an offer, the click is counted (offer, country, time; no name, no address). A future price watch would store your e-mail only for that purpose and only until you unsubscribe.
You may ask for deletion of anything tied to you at hello@fordeal.ai.
Liability
Fordeal is provided as is. The ranking rules are published on the how-it-works page; shop ratings and risk lists come from third parties named there and may be incomplete.
