2. Get prices
We send the request to verified providers who work in your city. They reply with a price and a time. You see their statistics before you choose.

3. Pay when it is done
You pay into escrow when you accept an offer. The provider is paid after you confirm the job, or automatically 48 hours after they mark it done.

What we check before a provider goes live
An identity document, a bank account able to receive payouts, and — where the law requires a licence — the licence number against the public register of the country the provider works in.
How your money is protected
Escrow
You pay when you accept an offer, but the provider does not get the money yet. It is held until the job is done.
48 hour auto-confirm
After the provider marks the job done you have 48 hours to confirm or object. If you do nothing, the money is released automatically.
Money back on disputes
Open a dispute inside the 48 hour window and the money stays held until it is resolved. If the job was not delivered, you get it back.
8 % commission, paid by the provider
Customers pay the agreed price and nothing else. Fordeal takes 8 % from the provider, and only from a job that was finished and paid. No lead fees, no subscriptions.
